Chef Daniel heads up Fork’n’Knife, an international standard catering company based on the NSW Central Coast. Daniel has been part of the food industry from a very young age, he takes pride in delivering his exquisite personal creations to your plate.  As a regular guest chef with P&O Daniel has toured the globe learning about and then refining many local dishes and local cooking techniques from a variety of countries and cuisines. It is because of this international experience that Fork’n’Knife is able to offer world class cuisines tailored to suit your local palate.

We don’t just provide food – we provide a memorable experience.  This experience one that we would be delighted to bring to you at any site between Wollongong and Newcastle, up in the Hunter Valley and into the Blue Mountains. Fork’n’Knife has local facilities in Sydney, the NSW Central Coast and Newcastle.

Our packages can be tailored to suit any budget.  We specialise in a non-traditional catering service bringing everyone together over outstanding food and flavour.  Our style includes Grazing Tables, Gathering Tables, Canapes, Desert Towers, Food Trucks for cuisine and beverages along with mouthwatering Smoked Meats or Seafood.
