My name is Daniel Abou-Chedid and I have created Fork 'n' Knife because I had a vision of elevating the usual static, corporate and personal celebrations and events to a new level. 

I am passionate about food and inspired by the way it brings people together.  I have seen it with my family and friends, and of course, over and over again in my professional life as a Chef.

Fork 'n' Knife is different from the standard catering company because our goal is to 'bring your food to life'.  By having a Chef with a big personality and commitment to quality as part of your catered event, I feel that we have opened the door to providing a new type of Food Catered Event.

We enable your guests to have an input into what they would like to eat.  We bring along a selection of the freshest ingredients and depending on the theme, your guests choose which of these they would like to have included in their own meal, then they can watch our chefs make the dish to their specifications, whilst interacting and sharing hints, tips and maybe even a joke along the way.
