Everybody loves Italian Food! It’s been the darling of Australians for over a generation. Did you know, based on consumption-per-capita our national dish would be Spaghetti Bolognese and our national drink would be the Cappuccino? Fork n Knife Chefs relish the challenge of elevating our household favourites to a whole new level with this delicious option. We’ve found that this menu is especially popular with groups of people of all races and cultures as there’s a flavour to suit every palate.

Forget the drab, late night stomach fillers available outside every nightclub. The Fork N Knife Kebab Extravaganza is a meal to be celebrated and remembered. Simple, yet delicious, Kebabs allow your guests to mix and match ingredients to suit their taste and also fully appreciate the quality of the produce we select. Our Chefs will happily discuss the history and techniques for making the perfect Kebab, while at the same time filling your guests’ stomachs with delicious, informal food that’s….well..really good fun!

This option is one of our classics. Our clients understand that hosting a cocktail party can be super-stressful. It’s a fine line between providing a fabulous networking night and allowing the festivities to descend into a drunken debacle that few guests recollect with clarity.
Although Fork N Knife can’t prevent the Sales Co-ordinator from telling the CEO how the company really should be run, or stop the receptionist hooking up with the Marketing Manager in the stationary cupboard, we can ensure that there is an abundance of glorious food to offset the spectacular drinks menu and impress your clients and guests alike.
We’ll leave you free and level headed to mingle and make the most of your special night.
